MDCK cells,which were infected by H4 subtype avian influenza virus with different diluted concentration were cultured in the culture medium containing TPCK-trypsin or not,seperately.36 hours later,cells were fixed and analysed by Flow Cytometry(FCM) after stained with monoclonal antibody 2C11.Simultaneously,the HA test was subjected to detect virus in cell culture.FCM result indicated that the percent of virus-infected cells were detected and consistent to the infectous dose,whether containing TPCKtrypsin o...
