We sampled the wild bird for the avian influenza virus (AIV) in the second half year of 2004. We got 263 blood sera, 337 swabs. The method of agar gel precipitation(AGP)and hemagglutination inhibitory (HI) was adopted in sera detection. The chicken embryo culture was adopted in virus detection.
