Objective To understand the distribution and virus load of H5N1 avian influenza virus(AIV) in different organs from a H5N1 AIV dead case. Methods Isolate the H5N1 AIV in BSL-3 lab and assay the TCID50, then use the 10-fold series dilutions of isolate as standards to get the standard curve by fluorescent quantitative PCR.
