Objective To compare the clinical signs and pathologic changes of avian influenza virus(H5N1) in BALB/c mice inoculated by different routes.Methods We inoculated BALB/c mice avian influenza virus(H5N1) by the routes of intranasal inoculation,intravenous inoculation and intracerebral inoculation,and observed the clinical signs and pathologic changes.Results The virus caused severe disease in mice and high mortality 2 days after inoculation.The main clinical signs of the animals began to recover by 4 days aft...
