how to download the scientific journals?

Less than half of the journals of flu surveillance reports published in Chinese scientific journals have english  abstracts. The english abstracts in TIF version will be archived in a ZIP file. It´s readable to most imagine software. to request the full journals, please contact yangli@flu.org.cn. the copyright of authors should be respected.
