China: Yunnan reported an imported human H7N9 case(fatal) from Jiangxi province

Yunnan province confirmed an imported human H7N9 case(fatal) from Jiangxi province on 9th,Feb 2017. The femle patient, 3 years and 4 months old, travelled to Shangrao city of Jiangxi province for spring festival on 21st,Jan 2017, had live poultry contact history in Shangrao. She had onset of symptoms on 29th,Jan, received treatment in local medical institution, and returned to Yunnan province from Shangrao with parents on 5th,Feb. She was admitted to First Affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical Colleague, and died on 7th,Feb. 5 close contacts(family) of the patient tested negative for H7N9 and all close contacts showed no ILI symptoms.
