The Health and Family Planning Commission of Jiangxi Province reported a human H9N2 case during routine Influenza-Like Illness surveillance.

The patient, Surname Ouyang, 4-year-old female,lived in Pingxiang city, now fully recovered. The patient was diagnosed as human H9N2 case on 19th, Aug 2016 by expert committee based on clinical symptoms, lab result together with epidemiology investigation.
