USDA: HPAI detection in mammals in Minnesota

On 9 September, 2026, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has confirmed the detection of EA H5 HPAI strain in racoon(collected on 1 September, 2026) in Hennepin County, Minnestoa.
